The successful candidate will be an internationally recognised researcher in the field of data, risk, and innovation and/or financial services. This Chair will be supported by both PayPal and the Luxembourg National Research Fund’s (FNR) PEARL programme, which aims at recruiting internationally recognised scientists to develop and strengthen Luxembourg’s national research priorities. The Chair will enjoy a start-up package for five years with a financial contribution of approximately 5 MEUR in research funding, excluding full professorial salary and overheads.
The Chair will create and lead a research group at the Interdisciplinary Centre for Security, Reliability and Trust (SnT).
