DO YOU HAVE AN IDEA FOR A SCIENCE EVENT OR INITIATIVE AIMED AT THE GENERAL PUBLIC?
With the funding scheme Promoting Science to the Public (PSP), the FNR supports organisations engaged in scientific activities to help promote an active exchange between science and society.
PSP supports science outreach projects and initiatives that allow lay target audiences to come into contact with science and research in an interactive way.
Projects are expected to achieve aims like increasing scientific literacy, explaining the scientific method, stimulating curiosity and receptiveness to scientific themes, developing an understanding of scientific careers, etc.
To provide optimal solutions for all types of projects, PSP is divided into two sub-strands:
PSP-Classic for projects up to EUR 50,000 and PSP-Flagship for long-term science outreach activities with a sustainable and lasting impact.
