Workplace relocations of employers affect dramatically the mobility of the concerned employees
(commuting distance, time & cost 1). Our tool will allow private companies relocating, as well as public
institutions dealing with land use & economic development, to forecast the monetary and
environmental impact of a workplace relocation. This diagnosis & simulation tool might also be used
as a decision support tool for selecting the most suited location where to relocate or open new facilities.
