PROGRAMME SUMMARY
The FNR has a collaboration agreement with the Research Council of Norway (RCN), to support bilateral projects between researchers based in Luxembourg and Norway, with the RCN serving as lead agency.

FUNDING SPECIFICS
For 2021 (as in 2020) the ‘Money Follows Cooperation’ principle is implemented by the RCN. If successful, the RCN will fund both the Norwegian and Luxembourg-based partner in the project.

2. WHEN TO APPLY
Apply with Norwegian partner to RCN by Wednesday, 6 May 2020
3. EVALUATION
RCN will proceed with the evaluation and selection of these projects, in compliance with international standards. Projects retained will be funded entirely by the RCN.
