PROGRAMME SUMMARY
The cooperation between the EMBL and the FNR is restricted to bilateral projects. The FNR will always be the lead agency, and projects can have a maximum duration of 3 years, as set out in the guidelines of the FNR’s CORE programme.

APPLICATION INFORMATION
1. WHERE TO APPLY: LEAD AGENCY
All applications must be submitted to the FNR, via the FNR Online Grant Management System.
2. WHEN TO APPLY
Applications must be submitted within the annual call for the FNR’s CORE programme.
3. EVALUATION
As lead agency, the FNR will be the agency evaluating all applications under the FNR – EMBL agreement. Both the FNR and EMBL will base their funding decisions on the FNR’s evaluation.
