The FNR is pleased to communicate that four eligible full proposals involving Luxembourg partners have been retained for funding in the 2019 M-ERA.NET Call, an FNR commitment of 1.77 MEUR.
M-ERA.NET is an EU funded network which has been established to support and increase the coordination of European research programmes and related funding in materials science and engineering. In the 2019 Call, 233 pre-proposals were submitted, requesting 145 MEUR funding in total. 126 pre-proposals were recommended for a full-proposal submission. 123 full-proposals were submitted. 101 full-proposals passed the full-proposal evaluation, requesting around 65 Mio EUR funding. Depending on national/regional budgets and rules the national/regional funding organisations finally selected 37 full-proposals for funding corresponding to requested funding of 26.9 MEUR.
