Event: Space Café Luxembourg

ispace Europe is organising Space Café Luxembourg – a networking and educational event – which aims to provide an accessible forum for conversation about projects going on in space policy, engineering, science and commercialisation. The second event takes place on Wednesday, 25 April 2018 in Luxembourg City.

Following the overwhelming interest shown in the first Space Café, ispace has jointly organised with ISU Space Café Luxembourg a second talk with space experts.

First speaker will be Gary Martin, senior advisor to the Luxembourg economy ministry and former Nasa director of partnerships. He will talk about how governments enable new space companies. Second speaker is Andy Bowyer, co-founder and director of Kleos Space, who will talk about the difference between old space and new space approaches.

This event is not aimed at people from all backgrounds in a bid to involve residents and workers in Luxembourg in the country’s space activities.
