In order to clarify the most frequently asked questions around requests for budget shifts in FNR-funded projects, we have modified the guidelines for budget shifting.
The process remains the same as before, with more clear instructions for both minor and major budget modifications (as defined in an FNR project contract). For all requests, please ensure that you are using both the most up-to-date excel template for budget modification requests as well as following the most recent guidelines.
