2018 National PhD Welcome Day: register now!

The 2018 National PhD Welcome Day will take place on Thursday, 22 November from 13:00. All new PhD candidates from all over the world who start their doctoral research in Luxembourg are invited. Registration deadline is Monday, 5 November 2018.

Participants have the opportunity to discover more about the research landscape in Luxembourg, network with doctoral candidates and organisers of doctoral training, find out what life is like in Luxembourg. Focus of this years’ edition is ‘science communication to the public’.

The National PhD Welcome Day 2018 is organised under the lead of LISER, in partnership with the University of Luxembourg, LIST, LIH, MPI, LuxDoc, EURAXESS and the FNR.
